This legal notice governs access to and use of this website, whose purpose is to provide information about Alex MG Studio’s web design and development services and to allow interested parties to request a quote.

Access to the website is free of charge and confers the status of user, who undertakes to make appropriate use of the content in accordance with the law, good faith and public order, and not to use it for unlawful activities or activities that may harm the rights of the owner or of third parties.

3. Prices and contracting

The prices shown on this website are indicative launch rates and do not include VAT, which will be added at the current rate (currently 21%) on the corresponding invoice. The information published does not constitute a binding offer: the specific terms of each project (scope, timescales, rounds of changes and final price) are set out in the personalised quote sent to each client, which must be expressly accepted.

Payment terms: the design is paid in two instalments: 25% on acceptance of the quote and the remaining 75% before delivery of the website.

Domain and hosting: these are not included in the price of the design. They are taken out in the client’s name, and the client pays the provider of their choice directly. Alex MG Studio can advise on taking them out and publish the website in the client’s account.

Maintenance: the monthly maintenance service is optional, has no minimum term and can be cancelled at any time, with effect from the end of the current month.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The text, design, logo, source code and example designs on this website are owned by Alex MG Studio or are used with due authorisation. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express authorisation of the owner is prohibited.

The photographs of sectors and of the studio come from Unsplash and are used in accordance with the Unsplash licence. The designs shown in the “Example designs” section are concept projects created to illustrate Alex MG Studio’s style of work and do not correspond to real clients. The typefaces used (Plus Jakarta Sans and JetBrains Mono) are distributed under the SIL Open Font License.

5. Liability

The owner accepts no liability for any damage or loss that may arise from service interruptions, technical errors, computer viruses or improper use of the website by the user. The owner also reserves the right to modify the information and content of this website without prior notice.

This website may contain links to third-party sites. The owner does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data provided through this website is governed by the Privacy policy.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable legislation; in the case of consumer users, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
